Once an order is placed we are unable to make any adjustments to it. This would include canceling the order, adding or removing items from the order or changing the shipping address the order is being sent to.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number to track your shipment.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for more information.
